Discover the warm hospitality of Sofitel Dubai The Palm. As a Guest Services Officer, you will warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assist with registration, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures. The role involves handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, and providing concierge services to enhance the guest experience.

- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out.
- Verify guest preferences and room assignments.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Provide tailored recommendations about hotel services and local attractions.
- Manage room assignments and keep guest profiles updated.
- Process billing and payments accurately.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B departments.
- Provide concierge services (transportation, reservations, tickets).
- Ensure front desk area is clean and welcoming.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
المؤهلات
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in a luxury hotel or 5-star environment.
- Experience with property management systems (PMS) or hotel reservation software is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Mandarin are a significant advantage.
