We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Ship Agent Operator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ship agency operations, the ability to manage a small team, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a hands-on approach in handling cargo operations, documentation, and client interactions across multiple countries.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and manage a team of 5 operators across different countries
- Handle PDA operations, cargo documentation issuance, and funds management
- Coordinate and manage cargo operations to meet client requirements
- Meet and liaise with clients as required
- Report operational metrics and updates to management regularly
المؤهلات
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a local or HUB Ship Agent Operator
- Fluent in English
