A Director of Sales manages the hotel sales and marketing plans by recommending growth efforts, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the hotel is competitively positioned within the local marketplace.

- Manage hotel sales and marketing plans
- Work with Senior Management Team to identify focused activities
- Prepare company contracts
- Monitor offers for repeat bookings
- Develop the group team through leadership
- Direct and manage the forecasting process
- Participate in preparation of annual Sales and Market Plan
- Contribute to company sales and marketing initiatives
- Organise information describing products and services
- Produce accurate and timely reports
- Prepare and present contribution reports monthly
- Cooperate with other departments
- Contribute to management meetings
المؤهلات
- Relevant degree in sales, business development or other relevant business field
- Demonstrated previous experience in a Sales role
