Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator

This role is for a Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics and supply chain activities to ensure the efficient movement of goods, materials, and information. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to help maintain smooth and reliable supply chain operations.
المسؤوليات
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to support daily operations
- Track shipments, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment status
- Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records
- Assist with inventory coordination and stock level monitoring
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
- Support documentation related to shipping, receiving, and transportation
- Identify and report potential delays, risks, or process issues
- Assist with logistics data analysis and basic reporting
- Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and supply chain guidelines
المؤهلات
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, logistics systems, or ERP tools
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
- Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred
