We are currently partnered with a growing financial institution in Abu Dhabi who are looking to recruit a hands on HR Manager to lead and shape the HR function as the organization scales. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to senior management, with direct oversight of the employees across the business.
المسؤوليات
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle
- Partner with leadership to drive talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Support policy development, compliance, and HR governance
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior management
المؤهلات
- 7-9 years' HR experience
- UAE experience is a MUST
- ADGM/DFIC experience is highly desirable
