Manager, Client Services

The Manager, Client Services is responsible for assisting the Elite Banking business segments with daily operational matters and providing a high level of customer service to new and existing clients.
المسؤوليات
- Provide high quality service to assigned clients via phone, email, or in person
- Act as client point of contact in the absence of the RM
- Assist in opening and closing accounts and performing KYC checks
- Process client transfers, remittances, and FX deals
- Coordinate with Investment desk and other departments for trades
- Provide clients with updated bank and portfolio statements
- Handle and follow up on customer complaints in the CMS system
- Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements
