As we expand into Riyadh with our newest boutique, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to play a key role in driving boutique success. Support the Boutique Manager in leading and managing all aspects of boutique operations to achieve sales and service excellence.

- Support the Boutique Manager in leading and managing all aspects of boutique operations
- Ensure an elevated client experience by fostering a client-first culture
- Drive boutique performance by motivating the team and monitoring KPIs
- Lead, coach, and develop the team
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock management and visual merchandising
- Act as a brand ambassador, staying informed about product craftsmanship
المؤهلات
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role within luxury retail
- Fluency in English is mandatory
