Data Entry-Level Operations Analyst (Remote)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry-Level Operations Analyst (Remote) to support daily operational processes through accurate data entry, reporting, and workflow analysis. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is highly organized, analytical, and eager to contribute to business operations.
المسؤوليات
- Accurately input, update, and maintain operational data across internal systems
- Review and validate records to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Assist in generating recurring and ad hoc operational reports
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and workflow metrics
- Provide general administrative support to operations and leadership teams
المؤهلات
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
