Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment. Maintain mechanical plant and monitor property temperature. Calibrate controls, gauges, and meters. Install electrical systems and pipe assemblies. Perform pool and spa maintenance.

المؤهلات

- At least 3 years of related work experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- HVAC Certification
- Driver's License
