Drive quality of service and innovation by analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into impactful Power BI dashboards and reports. You will perform in-depth analysis of service performance, incident trends, and KPIs.

- Perform in-depth analysis of service performance, incident trends, SLAs, and KPIs
- Conduct root-cause analysis to diagnose QoS degradation
- Design, develop, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards
- Build DAX measures and reusable data modeling structures
- Develop and maintain Power Query transformations
