Contract Administration Officer
وصف الوظيفة
Responsible for reviewing and updating existing contracts, processing jobs, sales and contracts in iCabs timely. Ensures compliance of new and existing contracts with internal terms and conditions.
المسؤوليات
- Review new contract documentation and approvals
- Process jobs and product sales daily
- Ensure management approval on price increases
- Process renewals upon request
- Daily reconciliation of iCabs and dashboard
- Prepare month end closing reports
- Perform daily cash collection deposit in banks
- Prepare invoices in Arabic
المؤهلات
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
