Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. Provides visible health and wellbeing (H&W) leadership and direction. Provides specialist subject matter advice, guidance and assurance to senior leadership and operational teams. Support the delivery of the business and H&W strategy and objectives through ownership and delivery of projects, programs within the group H&W delivery plan.

- Partner with HR and HSW functions globally
- Stay ahead of wellbeing research and trends
- Analyse data to drive improvement
- Manage supplier performance and stakeholder value
- Champion continuous improvement and net zero goals
المؤهلات
- Degree qualification in the relevant subject essential
- Chartered or professional membership is an advantage
- Membership of RIBA, MICE, CIBSE, CIOB, RICS, CIAT or equivalent is preferred
- Knowledge of building safety legislation, building standards, construction contracts, and health and safety legislation
