A well-reputed real estate company seeks highly driven and result-oriented Off-Plan + Secondary sales agents to join our dynamic team in Dubai. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads. You will work closely with potential buyers, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
المسؤوليات
- Advise clients on suitable investment options
- Generate leads and build a pipeline
- Conduct market research and property comparisons
- Guide clients through full sales process from viewing to final transaction
- Maintain knowledge of real estate trends and developer launches
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless transactions
المؤهلات
- Proven experience (1+ year preferred) in Dubai real estate
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes and RERA regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
