Senior Talent Sourcer--Executive Recruiting

As a Senior Talent Sourcer within PNC's Talent Acquisition and Outreach organization, you will be based in Pennsylvania or Ohio. This role will provide sourcing support for the Executive Recruiting team. Experience sourcing candidates at the executive level candidates is highly preferred.

Supports business objectives by providing proactive and creative solutions and processes for attracting and recruiting talent. Proactively designs sourcing strategies and solutions that attract and recruit passive talent that meet current and future business needs and talent strategies. Uses various tools, technologies and strategies to source prospective job applicants. Manages candidates and prospects for effective pipeline generation.

- Manages and maintains relationships with external recruiting agencies when engaged.

- University / college degree
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
