As an Engineering Support – Maintenance, you will manage maintenance operations, coordinate technical teams, handle after-sales support, prepare proposals, and ensure high service standards to support key accounts and drive revenue growth.
المسؤوليات
- Act as the first point of contact for after-sales maintenance support
- Prepare maintenance quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients
- Plan and deploy manpower for maintenance activities
- Monitor work order progress and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate procurement, suppliers, and work permits
- Maintain daily updates in Salesforce
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT
- 3–4 years’ experience in operations, maintenance, or after-sales support
- Familiarity with the UAE market and operational practices
- Proficient in computers and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
