Responsible to look after the overall administrative requirements of the Projects Department. Oversee and organize overall documentation for projects through the various systems, for all projects – Design through handover. Responsible to lead project documentation implementation in alignment with the 'Paperless' initiative within AWRP in Aconex.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee and organize overall documentation for projects through the various systems
- Lead project documentation implementation in alignment with the Paperless initiative in Aconex
- Process all Internal Memos using Pandadoc documents approval system
- Update the Project Commercial team on the status of all admin efforts
- Maintain time allocation of AWRP team members for Finance team
- Coordinate and schedule all Project meetings with internal teams, Consultant, Contractors, Sub contractors, and suppliers
- Assist in collecting and checking all as-builts documents for FM Dept handover
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ experience in projects administration
- Thorough understanding of documentation and processes from Design to Tender, Construction through Project Handover
- Previous experience in major projects (mixed use/residential towers etc) is a must
