We are looking for a software developer with strong AI automation expertise who can design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems to drive lead generation, scale content production, and grow our digital footprint across multiple platforms. This role is for a sharp, creative systems thinker — someone who understands how to connect AI models, automation workflows, web platforms, and data into one cohesive growth engine. You should be comfortable experimenting, optimizing, and building end-to-end solutions that save time and multiply output.
المسؤوليات
- Design and deploy AI-driven automation systems for lead generation across multiple channels
- Build scalable workflows for bulk generation of: SEO and AI-search optimized articles, Websites, landing pages, and programmatic pages, Images and videos for multi-platform social media content
- Develop systems that efficiently distribute and repurpose content across all major platforms
- Improve and automate workflows for content production, lead capture, and qualification
- Use AI and data analysis to generate insights, optimize KPIs, and improve performance
- Enhance, automate, and integrate CRM processes using AI
- Build and maintain front-end and full-stack components, including: Websites and landing pages, Internal dashboards or admin tools, Small web apps with specific functions
- Collaborate on or independently develop new tools, features, and prototypes quickly
- Continuously test new tools, models, and approaches to stay ahead in AI automation and growth
المؤهلات
- Strong experience with AI tools, AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI), automation platforms, and workflow design
- Solid understanding of SEO, AI-search optimization, and content scaling strategies
- Experience generating text, image, and video content at scale using AI
- Ability to connect and orchestrate multiple systems: websites, CRMs, content tools, and social platforms
- Strong front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with experience in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js)
- Full-stack understanding, including backend logic, APIs, and data flow
- Experience with no-code – low-code tools and/or custom development
- Strong analytical mindset for improving KPIs using AI-driven insights
