Program Planning Manager

Responsible for program-level schedule governance and integration across all workstreams within a large EPCM program. You will ensure compliance with Worley's standards and be the single source of truth for schedule governance.

- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Standardize schedule levels and coding structures
- Coordinate planning deliverables across multiple delivery centers
- Oversee integration across engineering and construction workstreams
- Identify schedule risks and perform scenario analysis
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) for performance monitoring
- Lead baseline and re-baseline development cycles
- Serve as the primary planning focal point for stakeholders
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Experience in planning and scheduling on large EPC/EPCM programs
- Expert proficiency in Primavera P6
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-SP, or AACE PSP
- Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction planning
