Human Resources Manager

HR Manager (People & HR Transformation) — Facility Management | Kuwait. This is a high-ownership HR leadership role where you’ll modernize systems, simplify workflows, and make HR a true business driver. You’ll lead people operations for a large multi-site workforce and build a scalable, data-led HR function.
المسؤوليات
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across multiple sites for a workforce of 1,500+ employees
- Strengthen employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, documentation, renewals, compliance tracking)
- Build scalable processes that handle high-volume hiring periods smoothly and consistently
- Create dashboards and analytics for leadership (turnover, labor cost trends, workforce productivity)
- Partner closely with senior leadership to improve speed, compliance, and employee experience
- Identify and implement HR technology solutions that reduce manual work and improve service delivery
- Liaise with relevant government stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships
