Finance Manager (Real Estate Developer)

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, effective budgeting, and strong internal controls.
المسؤوليات
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
- Maintain general ledger and financial records
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Manage bank relationships, facilities, and credit lines
- Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and VAT filings
- Lead and supervise finance and accounting staff
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification preferred (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA)
- 5–10 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
