- Manage day-to-day operations including staff and financial performance
- Oversee menu planning and execution
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
- Handle customer feedback and complaints
- Manage inventory and food/beverage stock
المؤهلات
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Experience in fine dining or gourmet establishments
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management preferred
