Aman Lil Afia Clinic is a specialized clinic in Dubai. We are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to provide advanced IT support, administer Active Directory environments, manage Windows and Linux server platforms, and support clinical systems like HIS / EMR.
المسؤوليات
- Provide advanced IT support to clinical and administrative users
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and access control
- Manage Windows and Linux server platforms
- Support and troubleshoot clinical HIS / EMR platforms
- Manage network security, including firewalls and VPNs
- Manage clinic website hosting and DNS
المؤهلات
- 5 to 10 years of experience in IT support and system administration
- Mandatory prior experience in healthcare or clinical IT environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- MCSE or current Microsoft equivalent certification
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Cisco CCNA or higher
