Position: Occupational Therapy Assistant. Type: Hourly contract. Compensation: $60–$80/hour. Location: Remote. Commitment: 10–40 hours/week. Role Responsibilities: Design occupation-specific questions based on real-world experience as an OTA. Apply clinical OTA knowledge to support AI research. Create structured scenarios reflecting therapy workflows and patient interactions. Review and refine task outputs. Work independently on a long-term AI project. Requirements: Strong full-time professional experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Strong written communication skills. Ability to translate clinical experience into structured content.
