Management and Professional Trainer

Aramco is seeking a Management and Professional Trainer to join the Leadership Development Division (LDD). You will serve as a facilitator for leadership and management training, conducting higher-level courses in-person and virtually. This includes needs assessment, research, design of training sources, instruction, and evaluation of Human Resource Development functions.
المسؤوليات
- Conduct leadership, management, and supervisory courses
- Collaborate in the development of new course material
- Review curriculum and recommend state-of-the-art training aids
- Conduct classroom and field training activities
- Practice effective teaming characteristics
- Prepare training environments and evaluate courses
المؤهلات
- Bachelor degree from a recognized program
- 6 to 10 years of experience in leadership/management training delivery
- 3 to 5 years of experience in supervising teams or leading projects
