Section Manager – Planning

The Section Manager – Planning will lead the planning function across multiple projects, ensuring all schedules, project controls, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics align with organizational objectives and contractual requirements.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and manage the planning team across multiple projects
- Develop, review, and approve detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Lead schedule risk assessments and identify early mitigation strategies
- Oversee progress measurement systems, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly executive reports and dashboards
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and contractual obligations
- Lead claims support and forensic delay analysis
- Oversee resource and manpower planning
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Extensive experience in project planning and scheduling (EPC, construction, or electrical infrastructure)
- Mandatory proficiency in Primavera P6
- Proven experience in claims management and EOT preparation
