Greif is searching for an HRBP to drive HR processes and strategies at their industrial site. This onsite role manages the full lifecycle of employee relations, recruitment, and payroll coordination in a manufacturing environment.

المسؤوليات

  • Partner with management to develop HR strategies
  • Act as point of contact for performance management and conflict resolution
  • Partner with Union representatives during negotiations
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Execute monthly payroll and track attendance
  • Identify training needs and coordinate programs

المؤهلات

  • Strong knowledge of Turkish labor laws and regulations
  • Proven experience as an HRBP in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Fluency in English and Turkish
  • Experience in talent management and performance management
