Sales Consultant - Parts - Automotive

Develops new prospects and corresponds with existing customers to increase sales of automotive parts. Ensures customer satisfaction and maintains positive relationships through active prospecting and follow-ups.

- Deliver on sales and customer satisfaction objectives
- Maintain good relationships with customers
- Answer customer questions on the phone
- Resolve complaints with sensitivity
- Calculate cost allowances, fees, financing costs, and down payments
- Conduct a memorable hand over with the customer
- Prospect for new customers and maintain a database
- Follow the Order-to-Delivery process
المؤهلات
- 2 - 4 years of experience in the sales field or in the hospitality sector
- High School / Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
