Duty Supervisor - DMM

Plan, direct, and supervise airport operations at Etihad Airways, overseeing team and service provider performance.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee passenger and aircraft handling operations on shift
- Manage safety and security outcomes through hazard identification
- Coordinate VIP, PRM and special category guest requirements
- Liaise with Guest Control and Network Control for disruption recovery
- Manage on-time performance and reporting follow-up of delays
- Promote airport ancillary sales
- Ensure adherence to local authority requirements and documentation
المؤهلات
- Degree level education or relevant industry experience
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience within service, hospitality, airline, or retail industry
