Country Manager / Business Development Manager

Swift Dubai is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Country Manager / Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in the Turkiye, Caucasus and Central Asia region. This role requires a strong focus on building and nurturing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities to meet client needs.
المسؤوليات
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to post-sales follow-up
- Represent Swift at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven track record of success in a business development / consultative sales role
- Candidates have to be based in Dubai
- Fluency in English and Russian
