- Conduct in-depth research on the short-term rental / holiday homes market in KSA
- Analyze market size, demand drivers, and occupancy trends
- Identify and benchmark key competitors
- Research short-term rental regulations in KSA including licensing and tax
- Provide pricing recommendations and revenue projections
- Prepare structured market research reports and present findings to management
المؤهلات
- Experience in Market & Competitive Intelligence Analysis (Hospitality / Real Estate)
- Financial & Pricing Analysis skills
