Stravion Investment is seeking a Research Assistant Intern to support our land acquisition and sales activities, with a focus on new and emerging developers across Dubai. This role is ideal for a current student or recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in real estate research, land development, and market intelligence.
المسؤوليات
- Conduct research on land markets, development activity, and emerging areas across Dubai
- Track new developer launches, land transactions, and upcoming projects
- Assist in reviewing land plots, including location, zoning, size, access, and surrounding uses
- Monitor planning updates, infrastructure announcements, and master developer activity
- Collect, organise, and maintain land and development data from public and market sources
- Prepare research summaries, briefing notes, and presentations for internal use
- Support senior team members with research for land acquisitions, sales, and client materials
- Liaise with brokers, developers, and consultants to gather market intelligence
المؤهلات
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Geography, Business, Economics, Architecture, or a related field
