At INFUSE, we're seeking a passionate Client Success Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Ensure successful delivery of solutions according to client needs. Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders. Identify and grow opportunities within the territory. Assist with challenging client requests or escalations. Provide assistance across administrative and operational tasks. Requirements: Proven track record of managing client relationships (hospitality, client success, or sales). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail. Empathetic understanding of client needs. Ability to offer solutions.

- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
