Business Development/Marketing Sr. Manager for Startup

We are seeking a Business Development/Marketing Senior Manager (12+ years of experience) to drive our growth. You are a high-energy "closer" with a background in consulting (B2B/B2G), ideally within the Saudi market. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, leading business development, lead acquisition, proposals/RFPs, CRM management, and digital marketing and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

- Track market trends and competition in the social impact consultancy market
- Identify new opportunities and develop tailored, high-quality proposals for RFPs
- Lead social media, content creation, and audience engagement
- Drive and optimize performance marketing (SEO, SEM, Paid Social)
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns and digital activations (webinars, podcasts, online events)
- Track and manage the end-to-end sales cycle and CRM
- Attend events and actively network to build relationships with key stakeholders
المؤهلات
- 12+ years of work experience in business development, marketing or sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Startup experience
- Track record of winning high-value contracts/deals in B2B or B2G
- 2+ years leading proposals/RFPs and experience with online tendering platforms like Etimad
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
