Senior Sales Manager

As a Senior Sales Manager - Transactions, you will be responsible for sales of Real estate transactions business in KSA. You are also responsible for running direct sales teams selling property in the KSA market.
المسؤوليات
- Set sales targets for the teams in coordination with strategy teams
- Hire sales resources and maintain optimal team size
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales
- Work with the marketing team to ensure efficient lead generation
- Identify best practices to improve sales processes
- Oversee market research and competitor analysis
- Conduct morning meetings with teams to give direction
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 - 10 Years in the Real Estate Industry or property sales
- Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools
- Fluency in English
