As a Senior Sales Manager - Transactions, you will be responsible for sales of Real estate transactions business in KSA. You are also responsible for running direct sales teams selling property in the KSA market.

  • Set sales targets for the teams in coordination with strategy teams
  • Hire sales resources and maintain optimal team size
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure efficient lead generation
  • Identify best practices to improve sales processes
  • Oversee market research and competitor analysis
  • Conduct morning meetings with teams to give direction

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 - 10 Years in the Real Estate Industry or property sales
  • Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools
  • Fluency in English
