المسؤوليات

  • Client Engagement: Understand tenant needs, preferences, and budgets
  • Property Showings: Conduct informative and engaging property viewings
  • Rent Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants
  • Documentation: Assist clients in completing necessary rental paperwork
  • Relationship Management: Build trust and collaboration with landlords and team members
  • Sales Negotiation: Secure best terms of sale for sellers
  • Communication: Inform sellers of market conditions and progress
  • Closing the Deal: Guide sellers through legal and financial requirements

المؤهلات

  • Proven working experience as a real estate agent or salesperson
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Driving license and car mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
