The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for driving Aon’s growth agenda in Saudi Arabia, shaping market strategy, developing high-value partnerships, and influencing senior stakeholders. The role involves owning significant revenue targets and leading complex opportunities.

- Develop and execute business development strategies for KSA
- Identify, originate, and convert high-value revenue opportunities
- Build and maintain a robust forecasted pipeline using CRM tools
- Lead the full deal lifecycle for complex opportunities
- Build relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers
- Provide market intelligence on trends and competitors
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Typically 8–12+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships
- Strong experience in the Saudi market, particularly Riyadh
- Experience in insurance or financial services preferred
