Marketing Agent – Social Media & 360° Real Estate Marketing Specialist

Golden Bricks Real Estate is looking for a highly creative Marketing Agent / Social Media Manager who can handle end-to-end (360°) real estate marketing. You will manage social media, digital campaigns, content creation, WhatsApp marketing, and branding for multiple projects.
المسؤوليات
- Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Create real estate content: posts, reels, stories, and videos
- Plan monthly content calendars
- Execute 360° marketing strategies for projects
- Coordinate with developers and sales agents
- Manage WhatsApp marketing and lead-based campaigns
- Create email newsletters and event invitations
- Write property descriptions and marketing copy
- Create creatives using design tools like Canva
المؤهلات
- Minimum 2 years of real estate marketing experience in Dubai
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market (off-plan & secondary)
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
- Hands-on experience with WhatsApp and email marketing
- Experience: Marketing Agent: 1 year (Required)
