We are seeking Ceremonies Coordinator for one of international football tournaments taking place in the Kingdom. The Ceremonies Coordinator will support the planning, rehearsal, and delivery of all official matchday ceremonies across tournament venues.

المسؤوليات

  • Coordinate matchday ceremony elements including flags, anthems, and staging
  • Support rehearsals with volunteers, performers, and flag bearers
  • Liaise with stadium operations, security, and broadcast
  • Assist in managing ceremony equipment, props, and timing schedules
  • Ensure compliance with international football event standards
  • Support VIP and trophy presentation logistics
  • Provide Arabic-English bilingual support
