Provide on-site and remote technical support across restaurant outlets in the KSA. Infrastructure maintenance including POS, servers, network, and security systems.
المسؤوليات
- Provide first-line and second-line IT support across all outlets
- Maintain and troubleshoot POS systems
- Install, configure, and manage Windows desktops and servers
- Troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connections
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments
- Conduct regular health checks and preventive maintenance
المؤهلات
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a multi-site IT support role
- Valid KSA driving license (mandatory)
