Senior Learning Design Professional

Parsons is looking for a Senior Learning Design Professional to execute the design, development and implementation of technical eLearning content. The role will be responsible for the development of innovative, self-paced learning and the successful implementation of blended learning modules relevant to the business needs.
المسؤوليات
- Leads the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing culture on the project
- Manages, coaches and mentors junior staff
- Designing and delivering engaging eLearning and digital learning content
- Define clear learning objectives and develop assessments
- Design the creation of innovative training/learning materials
- Drive and uphold best content management practices
- Work closely with SMEs to develop tailored training solutions
- Provide regular reports to senior management on training outcomes
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Educational Technology, Business, or related field
- 6+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Creation or similar role
- Experience in managing multiple learning or business projects simultaneously
- A proven track record of developing and delivering online training programs
