Beirut Wings is a premier flight academy in Lebanon, specializing in professional pilot training and scenic sightseeing flights. The Flight Operations Coordinator (Dispatcher) & Pre-Sales Customer Support plays a central role in daily flight operations and customer engagement. This front-desk, on-site position serves as the main coordination point between students, instructors, maintenance, and management.

المسؤوليات

  • Coordinate daily flight schedules and aircraft assignments
  • Monitor aircraft availability and operational readiness
  • Support flight planning, flight following, and dispatch activities
  • Maintain accurate operational records and training documentation
  • Coordinate with instructors and maintenance teams
  • Exercise authority to delay, cancel, or reschedule flights for safety
  • Provide information on training programs and services

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business, or a related field
  • MBA in Business Analytics or Data Analytics is highly preferred
