المسؤوليات
- Be the first point of contact for partners, merchants, shoppers, and riders across KSA, UAE, and international markets
- Handle requests, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency
- Clearly communicate Quiqup’s processes, policies, and services
- Resolve inbound requests and make outbound calls when needed
- Coordinate daily orders and troubleshoot real-time logistics issues
- Act as an escalation point for delivery challenges
- Monitor service quality, missed attempts, and SLA performance
المؤهلات
- 1+ year experience in customer service, call center, operations, or support roles
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
