Responsible for overall management, operation, and maintenance of labor accommodation camps.
المسؤوليات
- Manage day-to-day camp operations: accommodation, utilities, and catering
- Maintain records of camp occupancy and inventory
- Ensure compliance with municipality guidelines and HSE standards
- Supervise camp staff: cooks, cleaners, security
- Ensure maintenance of facilities: plumbing, electrical, AC
- Maintain discipline and address worker grievances
المؤهلات
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience as Camp Boss or Supervisor in UAE construction sector
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and camp regulations
- Experience managing large labor camps (300+ manpower)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email)
