The SMEs Relationship Manager will take charge of overseeing and expanding a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients, ensuring their financial requirements such as deposits, transactions, and trade finance are addressed.

- Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers
- Identify key decision-makers within client organizations
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure high-quality customer service and engagement standards
- Actively approach and acquire potential clients
- Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in SME or business banking
- Proven experience in planning and implementing sales or relationship strategies
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
