As a Partner Senior Manager on the RippleX Partner Success team, you'll play a key role in accelerating the growth and impact of the XRPL ecosystem. You will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of high-profile partners—including financial institutions, fintechs, and crypto-native builders—guiding them through every stage of their journey: from idea to integration to go-live and scale.
المسؤوليات
- Own and lead a portfolio of highly strategic and complex Institutional DeFi partners building on XRPL
- Define and drive strategic account plans that maximize long-term value
- Lead execution across technical and GTM workstreams
- Provide thought leadership and guidance to partners around tokenization, utility, regulatory considerations, and financial market structures
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Represent partner needs and priorities internally
- Identify opportunities for broader ecosystem impact and partner cross-collaboration
- Travel to partner and customer sites as needed (20–30%)
المؤهلات
- 8–10 years of experience leading strategic partnerships or enterprise engagements in fintech, financial services, or blockchain
- Institutional Finance Acumen: Deep understanding of financial instruments and market structure
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (Basel III, MiFID, EMIR, etc.)
- Tokenization Expertise: Strong command of tokenization models and use cases
- Blockchain Fluency: Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals
- Go-to-Market & Utility Creation: Proven track record of launching scalable GTM strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
