Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their Human Resources team in Sitra, Capital, BH. This role serves as a key liaison between the HR department and designated business units, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance. You will partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies.
المسؤوليات
- Act as advisor to business leaders on human capital matters
- Develop and execute HR strategies for assigned units
- Address employee grievances and conduct investigations
- Support talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Oversee performance management processes
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in HR
- Professional certification (SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a strong asset
