Human Resource Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and support our organization’s growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, strengthening employee relations, overseeing recruitment, ensuring legal compliance, and driving a positive and productive work culture. This role requires a hands-on leader who can align people initiatives with overall business objectives and serve as a trusted advisor to management.

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks
- Provide guidance to senior management through HR metrics
- Lead continuous improvement of HR systems
- Address concerns, grievances, and demands professionally
- Oversee the full recruitment and selection cycle
- Support future business needs through workforce planning
- Oversee performance appraisal process
- Maintain compensation structures and pay plans
- Ensure full compliance with Qatar Labour Law
- Lead and support the HR team
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field
