Fire Alarm Lead
وصف الوظيفة
The Fire Alarm Lead in Kuwait performs routine and emergency maintenance on electronic intrusion alarm systems and fire protection systems. This includes splicing, terminating conductors, and repairing circuit boards or transformers. The lead ensures all maintenance in the Area of Responsibility complies with NFPA 72, NFPA 25, and UFC 3-601-02 standards.
المسؤوليات
- Direct maintenance and repair of fire detection and suppression systems
- Inspect and test fire protection systems IAW UFC 3-601-02
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using voltmeters and smoke detector testers
- Program fire alarm control panels using computer software
- Troubleshoot and repair fire protection circuits
- Provide SME recommendations to the US Government
- Supervise a section of 11 technicians
المؤهلات
- Recognized journeyman or craftsman-level qualification for fire alarm systems
- NICET level III in Fire Alarms, Water Suppression, or Special Hazards preferred
- Associates degree + 2 years experience OR High School Diploma + 6 years experience
- U.S. Citizen
- Valid driver's license
