Sales Director (Remote)

We're seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead growth initiatives across global regions — USA, EMEA, and APAC. You'll manage strategic accounts, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue expansion in semiconductor IP and silicon solutions. The ideal candidate is commercially savvy, technically fluent, and skilled at building long-term partnerships.

- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for assigned territories
- Manage key accounts to achieve revenue, booking, and design win targets
- Forecast sales pipelines and identify emerging opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
المؤهلات
- BSEE or MSEE preferred, with strong technical background in semiconductor
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer management within the semiconductor industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
