The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of Clients / Customer projects. The individual will manage and lead the client relationship externally, whilst internally support a team of experts to ensure that all project deliverables are on time and on performance.
المسؤوليات
- Owning the project success both internally & externally.
- Managing the client / customers’ requirements, objectives & timescales.
- Develop best practices to achieve client / customer objectives.
- Manage & lead a team based on the requirements of the business.
- Ensure projects documentation, including results of KPIs.
المؤهلات
- Experience in a contact centre environment with a fast-paced B2B - B2C environment.
